Refund & Cancellation Policy – Prakriti Tour and Travels

We understand that travel plans may change. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to our official email ID. We do not accept verbal or WhatsApp cancellations.

Cancellation Charges

• 30+ days before arrival: 25% of the package cost

• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the package cost

• 7–15 days before arrival: 75% of the package cost

• Within 7 days: 100% of the package cost

Refund Terms

• Refunds are processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

• Refunds will be initiated after receiving confirmation from hotels, airlines, and service providers.

• The refund process can take up to 21 working days.

• Refunds are subject to the policies of vendors and at the sole discretion of Prakriti Tour and Travels.
