Terms & Conditions – Prakriti Tour and Travels

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Prakriti Tour and Travels. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payments

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid 21 days before the departure date.
Bookings are confirmed only after full or part payment is received.

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents, and necessary permits for the journey.

Child Policy

0–5 years without bed: Complimentary
5–9 years: Charged as per CNB/extra bed
Above 10 years: Considered adult

Amendments & Changes

Prakriti Tour and Travels reserves the right to change the itinerary or hotel in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Any change requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional charges.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions. Clients are advised to take travel insurance for their safety.

Disputes

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Darjeeling, West Bengal, India.
